Blog 1.16: Where We've Been

1st October 2022: Just a collection of maps taken from the van's tracker, showing our progress from home to where we are now near the Spanish border.

Hinckley to Seaford, prior to picking up the ferry at Newhaven on the 22nd September.

Newhaven to Dieppe, and on to our first stopover on the banks of the Seine, west of Rouen.

23rd September, on to south of Le Mans.

Le Mans to near Valdivienne. The Bison Farm (Bison du Poitou).

Valdivienne to near Champagne Mouton (Robert's house).

Robert's house to Confolens

Confolens to Salers (the cheese farm)

Salers to south of Castres (Labruguieres)

And here we are right in beautiful Carcassonne!

Tomorrow, Andorra and thence to Spain, and hopefully weather just as good as today. Yes, it stopped raining, and we've been basking in temperatures of 23 degrees or so. Parfait!
